Onwynd retries the payment after 24 hours, then after 72 hours.
After 3 failed attempts, your subscription is suspended (not deleted).
You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and resume access.
Resolving a Failed Payment
Go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method.
Update or add a new payment method.
Click Retry Payment to process the outstanding invoice.
If You Believe You Were Charged Incorrectly
Contact our billing team within 30 days of the charge at billing@onwynd.com with your invoice number and the issue. We will investigate within 3 business days.
